By using the db8.bio website or mobile application, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. db8 is an online betting and gaming platform designed specifically with Bangladeshi users in mind.

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between db8 and you (the user). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

To open an account with db8, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false or incomplete details is strictly prohibited, and db8 reserves the right to close any such account at any time.

• One Account Only: Each person may hold only one account on db8. Creating multiple accounts may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any deposited funds.
• Identity Verification (KYC): db8 may verify your identity at any time. If a copy of your National ID or passport is requested, it must be submitted within 72 hours.
• Password Security: Never share your account password with anyone. db8 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from password theft.
• Information Update: If your phone number or email address changes, please update your profile immediately.

The mobile number provided during account registration will be used for payments and withdrawals. We strongly recommend using an active number registered in your own name.

Users must be 18 years of age or older to open an account with db8 or participate in any betting activity. Operating an account in the name of, or on behalf of, a minor is strictly prohibited.

• Users must be residents of Bangladesh or physically located within Bangladesh.
• Db8 cannot be accessed from countries where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Eligibility may be restricted due to mental health conditions or addiction.

All bets on db8 are accepted in accordance with a defined set of rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so please double-check all details before placing your bet.

• Odds Changes: During live betting, odds can change in an instant. The odds applicable to your bet will be those confirmed at the time your bet is placed.
• Grounds for Bet Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or abandoned, or if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, db8 may void the bet and issue a full refund.
• Match Fixing: If a bettor is suspected of involvement in match fixing or any illegal activity, db8 may suspend the account pending an investigation.
• Betting Limits: db8 sets a maximum betting limit for each event, which may vary depending on the market and match.
• System Error: If a bet is accepted at abnormal odds due to a technical error, db8 reserves the right to declare that bet void.

Db8 is committed to ensuring fair play across its platform at all times. If a bettor is found to have engaged in manipulation, their winnings may also be subject to forfeiture.

Db8 supports all major Mobile Financial Services (MFS) in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number used during registration. Transfers to third-party numbers are not permitted.
• Processing Time: MFS withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Transaction Records: Keep a record of your deposit transaction ID — it's essential if any issues arise.
• Refund Policy: Any funds deducted due to a technical error will be refunded within 48 hours following a completed investigation.

Db8 does not charge any transaction fees. However, your MFS provider may apply their own charges, for which the user is solely responsible.

Db8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals for regular users. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the offer's details page.

• Welcome Bonus: New users will receive a special bonus on their first deposit; however, a specified wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Abuse: If a bettor exploits the bonus system to create abnormal betting patterns, db8 reserves the right to cancel the bonus in question.
• One Bonus Only: Each offer may only be used once per account. Claiming multiple bonuses from the same device or IP address is not allowed.
• Validity: Bonus funds come with a set expiry period. Any unused bonus remaining after the expiry date will be automatically cancelled.

• Your personal information is never sold to any third party.
• All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Your identity verification details are stored on secure servers.
• If you fall victim to phishing or fraud, contact db8 immediately.

Db8 believes in responsible gaming. We want our platform to add enjoyment to your life, not problems. To that end, we have put a number of protective measures in place:

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits whenever you choose.
• Cooling-Off: If needed, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you may have a gaming addiction, you have the option to suspend your account for a minimum of 6 months or close it permanently.

Db8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Opening or operating an account using false information.
• Multiple accounts held by the same person.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Evidence of involvement in illegal activities.
• Operating an account on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age.
• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of account termination, any balance refund will be subject to the outcome of an investigation.

Db8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any significant changes via their registered phone number or email address.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. We recommend revisiting this page from time to time before using db8.
